Dora Anastasiou is a highly experienced Mortgage Broker at LoanLabs Capital, boasting a robust career spanning 15 years in the financial services industry. Her expertise extends across mortgage broking, as well as international and domestic banking.

​She has a background in business and product development, credit analysis, and extensive experience in both residential and commercial lending. Her deep understanding of banking and lending practices distinguishes her in the industry, allowing her to proficiently address a wide range of finance needs, from straightforward residential transactions to intricate self-employed, commercial, and business finance solutions.

Dora is more than a finance professional; she is a trusted advisor known for her exceptional analytical skills, diligence, client-centric approach, and passion for finding solutions. She takes pride in assisting hundreds of clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their aspirations.

Dora holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and a Certificate IV in Accounting. She is an Authorised Credit Representative of the Australian Finance Group and is accredited with all banks and specialised lenders.

George Stivactas

As the Principal of George Stivactas & Associates, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the forefront of Loan Labs’ operations.

With a career spanning over 30 years in the accounting industry, George has honed his skills and expertise to provide clients with top-tier financial guidance and solutions. He has successfully assisted a diverse clientele, ranging from small to large businesses, corporate and advising SMSF’s in navigating the complexities of financial management, taxation, and strategic planning.

George has completed tertiary studies with a Diploma in Accountancy and a Diploma in Financial Services. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA), a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association (NTAA) and the Taxpayers' Australia Ltd (TPA), and a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA).

George is committed to continuous professional development, regularly attending seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on the latest industry developments.

​Elene has been a partner with Stivactas & Associates accountancy practice for the past 28 years and a financial adviser at Glasshouse & Sky since 2013. 

I​​n these roles, she has been responsible for overseeing strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering a culture of excellence among the team of dedicated financial professionals. Her leadership in the business has been instrumental in its growth and reputation for excellence in the accounting and financial advisory space.

​Elene is passionate about assisting clients in achieving their financial goals, whether it's saving for a comfortable retirement, funding a child's education, or building wealth for future generations. She believes that financial success is a journey that requires planning, discipline, and the right guidance.
